COLLECTOR’S NOTE: The European, African & Middle Eastern Campaign Medal was a U.S. Military which was first created on November 6, 1942, by Executive Order 9265 issued by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The medal recognizes those military service members who had duty in the European, North Africa and Middle East Theaters during World War II.
