COLLECTOR’S NOTES: The 193rd Support Battalion is not still active. It was part of the 193rd Infantry Brigade, which was active during the Cold War and involved in Operation Just Cause. The 193rd is most prominently known today as the 193rd Special Operations Wing, an Air National Guard unit based in Pennsylvania.
